Independent Data Services
We find out what your asset information is really worth, fix what's broken, and keep it trustworthy.
Board Briefing
Two hours that change how your board sees its buildings.
Directors approve the capital, carry the risk and sign off the AI strategy. Few have been shown how asset information affects value, compliance and insurance. This session fixes that in governance language and not technical jargon.
Who it's for: boards, audit and risk committees, CFOs and executive teams.
Asset Data Strategy
Customised review and strategy to set you path for AEC data.
An independent structured review using our framework developed specifically for the construction and facilities management sectors. Providing a reference guide for changing how data supports your teams and assets.
Who's it for: Management teams looking to understand the current state and path to greater value from their construction project and asset data
Asset Data Health Check
Find out what your asset information is really worth and what it's costing you.
An independent, evidence-based score of your construction project and/or asset information across six areas: completeness, integrity, governance, systems, AI readiness, and handover. You'll know exactly where you stand, what's at risk, and what to fix first.
Who it's for: asset owners, construction directors, property and FM directors, and anyone whose board has asked "is our data ready for AI?"
Transaction Data Score
Know what the information is worth before the price is agreed.
Missing manuals, unverifiable compliance records and absent as-builts don't just slow a deal will shift risk onto someone. We score the digital information behind an asset so buyers, sellers, lenders and valuers can see exactly what is, and isn't, evidenced.
Who it's for: acquirers, vendors, fund managers, lenders and valuers.
Handover Assurance
Handover a construction project that works on day one with the information to prove it.
We set the information requirements up front, check deliverables at three gates during the project, and certify what's ready at practical completion. Contractors close out cleanly. Owners have the correct information they can actually use from day 1.
Who it's for: main contractors, developers, and owners with projects in design or delivery.
Asset Register Rebuild
A clean, complete asset register.
Populating or moving to a new CAFM or maintenance system copies every error across unless the register is fixed first. We cleanse duplicates, fill gaps from your own documents, verify what matters on site, and deliver a register your new system can import on day one.
Who it's for: FM directors, asset managers and anyone planning a CAFM, CMMS or EAM change.
Asset Memory Curation
Ask your building a question. Get an answer with the page it came from.
We turn your drawings, manuals, certificates and records into a searchable memory of each asset. Your team asks in plain language and every answer links back to its source document, so it can be checked.
Who it's for: FM teams, asset managers and owners with years of documents and no time to search them.
Ongoing Data Assurance
Evidence your executive and board can rely on, every quarter.
Good data decays the moment nobody watches it. We re-score your asset information every quarter, track whether it's improving, and give your audit committee the assurance it needs.
Who it's for: organisations that have completed a Health Check and want to maintain and improve their score, with proof.
Fractional Head of Asset Information
Senior leadership for your asset information, without a full-time hire.
Many organisations have no one who owns asset information end to end. We fill that seat part-time: setting standards, steering suppliers, reporting to the executive and building your team's capability.
Who it's for: asset owners and contractors who need the leadership without ability to commit to headcount.
How we work, independence and FAQ
How we work
- A 30-minute briefing. You describe the problem. We tell you honestly which service fits or that none does.
- A fixed proposal within 48 hours. One page: scope, deliverables, dates, price. No day-rate surprises.
- Evidence, not opinion. We work from what your organisation can actually produce, not what people believe exists.
- A report your board will read. Plain English up front, technical detail behind it.
- A credit toward what comes next. Half your diagnostic fee is credited to the next stage you start with us within 90 days.
Delivered remotely with on-site work where the job needs it.
Our independence
We tell you what's wrong, even when the fix isn't ours to sell.
Our diagnostic recommendations are system-neutral. We will recommend your existing CAFM, a competitor's platform, or doing nothing, if that's what the evidence supports. Where AssetMemory is one of the options, we say so in writing and show you the alternatives alongside it.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you publish prices? Because you shouldn't need a sales call to find out whether we're in your budget. Fixed scope means a fixed price.
What if our estate doesn't fit a size? We'll quote a fixed price within 48 hours of the briefing. Large portfolios and network assets are scoped individually.
Do we have to buy the next stage from you? No. Every report is written so another provider, or your own team, can deliver the plan.
Is our data safe? Your information stays in your systems by default, is used only for your engagement, and is never used to train public AI models.
Can you work with our existing systems? Yes. We work with whatever CAFM, CDE or document system you have. We don't need you to change software to start.
Do you work with contractors as well as owners? Yes. Handover Assurance and the Board Briefing are often bought by main contractors who want to close out projects cleanly.
What currencies do you invoice in? NZD, AUD, GBP and USD. Prices shown exclude GST and VAT.
